Model binder for interface implementations. This implementation works with ModelBinding.InterfaceBinderProvider<T0> to bind to the appropriate concrete implementation of an interface. The interface type and type name key are specifed in the constructor for ModelBinding.InterfaceBinderProvider<T0>
